1978 Subaru Brat 4wd 4-Speed Manual transmission 1.6 liter 4-cyl.
Runs and drives great, 4wd does work, tagged and inspected clear Texas title. All 5 new tires, new belts, plugs, axle boots, all new fluids, new trans, mounts, rebuilt radiator. Rebuilt calipers and wheel cylinders, shoes, carburetor.
I have owned for 1 1/2 years. The a/c does not work, compressor turns freely. When I had carb rebuilt we tore the new acc. diaphragm so we reused the old one, could use new one takes a few cranks to start after sitting. Has a slight clunk left rear when releasing clutch, bearing? Has dent in drivers door and little dings.
