I hate to do this, always wanted to restore it, but I have too many projects. I have been the owner since the late 90s and it was driven regularly until about 2003.
The big issue is rusted rocker panels, and it has been sitting for 10+ years. At a minimum the fuel system will have to be gone through.
This Brat was a complete running car before parked. However, it has been sitting a long time and will need a lot of work, and will definitely need to be trailered (I can help with delivery for an additional fee).
