1982 Subaru Brat GL
54,xxx miles
My family bought this Brat brand new in 1982 and it has been garage kept and seldomly used since. Being the ’82 GL trim, it has the 3rd headlight “cyclops eye,” which is desirable in the Subaru community.
I’ve kept the best care possible of this car, but it has never been restored. The car did sit for quite a few years, but I have revived it and would trust it to take me anywhere — personally, I’ve driven 3,000 miles in it. All functions still work: AC, heat, 4WD, high and low gear, and all other accessories.
I recently did all fluids, including rear differential and transmission, as well as replaced the passenger side axle at 53,900 miles.
Price is high; I’m not in any rush to sell nor do I need to. If you can meet my asking price, it’s all yours. I have all the original manuals, tool kits, and some other goodies. Message me with any questions — this truck has a lot of stories and other quirks I’d be happy to share.
