More Info: For sale – 1985 Subaru Brat GL, 101k miles, 1.8 litre ohv with hydraulic lifters (no periodic valve adjustments, no timing belts to deal with), 4 speed, hi/lo range 4×4, A/C (not working, but complete), no radio, mostly original paint, good body with a few minor dings/dents, no rust, fresh oil change and new valve cover gaskets, new fuel filter, brand new all-season tires, has nice rear jump seats (but missing mounting frame and headrests), bed has spray on liner, tailgate different color and is missing top trim and one access panel, windshield is cracked, torn CV boots on front axles, but comes with new replacement axles, no carpet, seats need covers, twin “fun tops” (like T-top) in good shape and don’t leak. All gauges work. Many extra parts available. $2200 or best offer, need to make room. Pictures are actual car and recently taken, additional pictures available via text messaging. Runs good, but should not be driven long distance due to bad CVs and carb stumble above 2000 rpm when under load. Extra parts available. Includes both sets of front seats – original tan seats (poor shape) and grey seats (currently installed). Not looking for trades, cash only. .
