1985 Subaru Brat.

UPDATE: Had the interior out in my original pictures. Yes, the Brat has interior. Door panels are in very good shape. The carpet is gone, Carpet Kits are available on line. The headliner and the visors are in good shape. The racing seats in it are black, they look purple in the pictures, their black cloth.

No rust in floors, no rust holes in bed, a little very light surface rust on bed in a few small spots. The doors are solid. A little rust on pinch welds and a little rust (small area) on passenger rocker. This is a very good brat, they are hard to find in this condition. Gas tank should be dropped and cleaned. Currently runs off gas can. Engine runs, shifts, drives, moves and stops. I put newer tires on it off of my other brat. The roll bar is not bolted down and needs a little modification. I may keep the roll bar as it is just sitting in the truck and I had to travel to find it. There is a very small rust hole on the roof under the dyna mat.

This is not a rusty brat. On a brat, if the rockers, door jams and bed are rusty, it’s kind of a parts car in my opinion. If you like brats and know how to work on them or want a hobby car, this is a good one to work with based on its condition. Why am I selling it. I have a nice blue Brat. I really don’t need 2 of them. As these are hard to find in this condition, I decided to offer it for sale so somebody else can enjoy the car. The blue brat I drive gets a lot of attention. I think the brown one will also. I don’t have to sell it. I am willing to sell it. Trades?

I don’t really need anything. I may would trade for a nice camper, no junk and with a clean title in your name, or I may would trade for a Subaru Baja, or I may would trade for a good running and not rusty WRX, a T- top Fiero maybe, a really clean Pinto Station wagon with a 302. Lastly, maybe a clean square body S 10 or ford ranger no 3.0. That’s about all for trades. Would prefer cash.
