Selling my 1985 Subaru Brat — a rare, classic 4×4 that runs and drives great. It’s got a 4-speed manual transmission, selectable 4WD with 4lo, and the original 1.8L carbureted flat-four engine that is dead reliable and was often used on experimental aircrafts. Factory T-tops are in good shape and it’s got a clean New Mexico title.

No rear jump seats and no A/C, but this thing gets solid gas mileage for a 4WD — around 25+ MPG. It’s a simple, lightweight rig that’s easy to work on and super fun to cruise.

Recent work includes:

• New tires
• New CV axles
• Carburetor rebuilt
• New fuel pump and filter
• New distributor cap
• Fresh oil change
