Great little runner. It starts right up every time and does well on the freeway (tops out around 65mph). The previous owner swapped out the old EA71 for an EA81 with the dual range 4wd (and about 10hp more!). I managed to find a new oil pump (no small feat) and it doesn’t leak a drop of oil (again, no small feat). Clean runner, had no problem passing DEQ last year.
I’d be open to trades as well. Looking for a 20R or 22R 4×4 (camper shell would be sweet). I’m not 100% on selling it, just considering options.
Things that are new:
Fusebox installed by Superior Subie in Milwaukie
Front CV axles
Ball joints
Oil pump (took me a month to find one NOS)
Sick light bar and auxiliary lights!
Rack mounts on the camper shell with steel reinforcements (held a roof top tent with no problem)
Tires have about 6k on them
Comes with a truck full of extras:
Second set of alloy wheels with winter studs
Second hood (current hood has a slight dent on passenger side)
A couple of alternators
Two rear differentials
Various carburetors
Jump seats (removed, but still have all the parts)
More I can’t recall….
