More Info: 1982 subaru brat, needs some TLC. Only has 115,000, 4 sp manual, 1.8lt 4wd. Starts and runs but needs a tune up. $500 OBO. Dont have the knowledge to tinker with but would be fun project car. It doesn’t go over 30mph seems like fuel filter is dirty and isnt getting fuel..
