My son fixed this Brat up back in May of last year and drove it around as a daily vehicle. He is now in college and does not want to see it sit so he has decided to sell it.
It is a 1984 Subaru Brat GL, meaning it is the second highest model you could get. The only options it does not have is the turbo charged engine and automatic transmission.
It has t-tops, 4wd (but can also be put into 2wd), the rear facing jump seats, and air conditioning. It gets about 20+ mpg so it is very fuel efficient and is a head turner. It does run and drive, but it does have rust like most cars of this age, especially this model (rockers floorboards).
The interior is in pretty good condition except the dash does have some sun damage. It has new rear shocks and the tires are in decent shape. These little trucks are getting harder and harder to find and this on is in pretty decent shape compared to some of the other ones I have seen recently.
It has about 143k miles and is ready to go for you. You do not need to get it inspected in Maryland because you can put on historic tags. It is a great weekend around town vehicle.
