More Info: I’ve come to terms with not having time to fix up the brat the way I wanted to, so it’s time for it to go to a new home.
It’s a Gen 2 1985 brat with t-tops, intact rear seats, and the 4spd dual range transmission.
The clutch was replaced with one of the last oem kits in the country about 1000mi ago and the engine runs great with a weber carb on it. Engine has seen quite a bit of work as well. new water pump, oil pump, distributor, plugs and wires, etc.
Body needs some tlc, very little structural rust.
I have an extra set of glass for the t-tops, some miscellaneous gaskets and bushings, a new drivers side door handle, and a few other spare parts. I’ll also throw in a timing light and idle meter if you need them, my remaining vehicles are all fuel-injected so I won’t.
I’m also including a second set of 4 lug wheels, there’s a set of very worn winter tires and a set of decent normal road tires, both sets have two flats, probably repairable, so the car currently has two of each on it.
It has some alignment issues, so if you need to take it on the freeway to get it home I would strongly recommend a trailer.
