More Info: This Brat is the cleanest, most original I have ever seen. I bought it two years ago as a project then it became my daily driver.
The 1.8 litre EA-81 engine has 75,xxx miles and runs like new. In the last few months I’ve replaced the brakes, exhaust system and clutch cable. The dealer installed a/c blows ice cold and the tires have 50% life left at least. The dual range 4WD system works perfectly and is great in all weather conditions. This car is essentially a time warp back to 1986…..
It’s a Florida car originally, there’s no rust and the body is in perfect shape other than a small dent in the left front fender and a scratch on the passenger door. The previous owner installed a new head unit but I sourced an original stereo on eBay which is included in the sale. I will also include an OEM cruise control module but I cannot verify that it works. Other issues are a crack on the dash (common Brat/GL issue) and worn seats.
This car is a blast to drive, cheap on gas and garners attention wherever you go. I have loved owning it and this is a very reluctant sale due to other commitments.
