I’m looking to sell my 1985 Brat GL.
It’s a 4spd manual non-turbo, has the EA-81, with 115k on it and the title is clean and in my name.
Currently doesn’t run, but was my daily driver locally for about a year before a carb gasket started leaking and would flood the motor, it literally died on me as I pulled into my driveway and would only crank.
Has a Weber carb (installed by previous owner), all original interior (other than radio, seat covers, and customer dash cover).
The previous owner installed a keg in the bed as the fuel tank (electric pump works fine), so it does not have the jump seats.
The rocker panels are solid, but it does have some rivetted metal patch spots in the bed, and the front drivers side subframe as some noticeable rust.
The front CV boots are torn and I ordered two new axle rebuild kits including hub bearings/seals/etc.
The driver’s side back bumper was pushed up and in a bit when it was backed into in a parking lot (2-3mph at most, caught them as it happened), I have replacement brake light still in the box, the one on it now still works but has a crack in the lens.
I also have a NOS left rear bumper mount bracket I ordered through my local dealership and shipped up from Atlanta.
4X4 Hi and Lo gears both work great.
Located in Mooresville.
Asking $2,000 OBO and certainly negotiable.
