More Info: Selling one of my brats since i have too many projects. It runs and drives but needs some work to be road worthy. Would be best to make it into a wheeler or daily beater. I bought it for the tail gate non running and with the front end ran into a tree.
Whats been done:
-engine has been replaced since original through a rod. New one has 141k
-weber 32/36 carb
-rebuilt the front end. Radiator support, replaced hood, replaced a fender and straightened one.
-fixed the trans shifter since it had a foot of slop in it
-replaced radiator
-put on another set of head light buckets and headlights with bezals
-bled the brakes
-some electrical work.
-took off the wood side trip that was on it.
-i have a winch bumper with a warn winch for it and a nissan maxima alt ready to bolt on (90amp over the stock 65).
What needs to be done
-carb needs some adjustments or different size jets.
-needs electrical work. Would be best to just replace the harness. Has a short in it somewhere that’s messing with the dash gauges. I have a harness if you want it.
-somebody wired the fuel pump to a toggle switch and so are the fans but there fused so i left them.
-has been wanting to over heat, bubbles in the radiator so blown head gasket. Comes with a set of felpro perma torque head gaskets
-interior needs work but i have a lot of the missing pieces
-body would look good painted or at least primed one color
-speedometer doesn’t work right but i have another one.
